Rebujito Cocktail Recipe
For our Women’s History Month toast, we’re raising our glasses with a cocktail crafted by one of Boston’s finest, Melissa Romanos. Melissa is the General Manager of Atlántico, Boston’s go-to for lively tapas and Iberian-inspired seafood.
With nearly two decades in hospitality, Melissa’s journey from the vibrant flavors of her youth in El Salvador to the heart of Boston’s dining scene exemplifies the spirit of hard work and passion.
Her culinary voyage sparked in a childhood kitchen led her to graduate from Johnson & Wales University and then onto prestigious roles across the hospitality industry, eventually developing a passion for the beverage side of the house.
As we raise our glasses, let’s honor Melissa and the countless women who pave the way for excellence in every field. Here’s to strong women: may we know them, may we be them, and may we celebrate them this month and every month. Cheers!
Rebujito

- .75 oz lime juice
- .75 oz Buddha’s Hand Oleo
- 1 handful of mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
- Shake, strain, and top with soda water.
- Garnish with a mint bouquet
