With March Madness officially here, I found it only fitting to do a mule feature. Mules have made a resurgence! This cocktail has been around since the 1940’s, and with many variations hitting the scene since then. Mule’s originally started as a vodka-based cocktail. This one is sure to ignite the palate and worthy to kick off March Madness!
AMARO MONTENEGRO MULE – A March Madness Mule
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 – 2oz. Amaro Montenegro
- 150ml of East Imperial Mombasa Ginger Beer
Instructions
- Over ice in your favorite mule mug add in 1 1/2 – 2oz. of Amaro Montenegro.
- Top with East Imperial Mombasa Ginger Beer.
- Add a slice of lime.
- Cheer on your favorite team and enjoy this delightfully refreshing cocktail!
