Cocktail hour was made for the summer! I’m recommending you start your week right with your own private happy hour. And, I have a just the cocktail to “launch” you into the evening.
This cocktail uses Rocket Vodka, a California vodka handcrafted from 100% fresh-pressed apples and fresh Sierra Nevada mountain water. It’s naturally gluten-free and no added sugar- just apples. Enjoy, along with the sounds of crickets and the twilight light.
SkyROCKET IN FLIGHT
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. Rocket Vodka
- 1/4 oz. St. Elder Liqueur
- 1/2 oz. Kiwi Perfect Puree
- 1/4 oz. Stirrings Simple Syrup
- 2 Dashes Lemon Juice
Instructions
- In a shaker over ice combine all ingredients.
- Stir
- Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon rind.
- Get ready for lift-off! 🙂
