Dragon Fruit Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of chia seeds
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened cashew milk
- 1 packet of frozen pink dragon fruit puree (by all means, use fresh dragon fruit if you can find it.)
- 1/2 fresh or frozen banana
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup of coconut water (alternative, vanilla Greek yogurt)
- Optional items – ice and 2 tablespoons of agave

Instructions
- Mix chia seeds & cashew milk in the bottom of a glass. Put into the fridge so it can “jell.”
- In a blender, mix all remaining ingredients, except for the shredded coconut.
- Remove the chia seed pudding from the refrigerator and top with blended mixture.
- Top with shredded coconut, stir, and enjoy!
