Have you seen the temperatures for this Sunday!? We’re going to push that Mercury past 70 degrees! So what if there’s a little bit of rain with which to contend? That’s par for the course for the month of April- right? The good news is spring is here! Hip-hip-hooray!
We’ve been busy taking a peak at the upcoming spring fashions and starting to plan our own spring style. And, so as we transition out of our Eskimo gear and into lighter fabrics, we thought we’d share our favorite picks for the spring season! We’ll be back with a few more, including our “do not” list. But, for now, this should get you started!
1.) The Classic White Button Down
Sorry, but this trend is really in for any season. Maybe the tailoring changes. But, it is a wardrobe basic. If you don’t have a white button down, get your rear-end to the mall or hop online and find one right now! This does with everything and can be smart, sexy, chic, or all three. Just do it.
2.) The shirt dress.
We love the shirt dress; versatile you can wear it with flats, sneakers, boots, heels… whateva’h you like.
3.) Off the Shoulder
Shoulders are special, not just because they are a major rotating joint, but because they are super sexy. Some are curved, some are angular, but all hint at other parts of the body that are best left to the imagination. They are sort of like a preview of what is to come. And this spring, that preview is on repeat.
4.) 70’s Inspired Suede
The Suede trend just won’t quit. And, we’re okay with that. Soft, supple, and in some gorgeous pastel shades for the spring, suede is a lux must!

5.) Victorian Throw Back
This could be a tricky one, think romance, ruffles, lace and soft fabrics. Rose and Jack strolling on the deck of the titanic. Umbrellas when its sunny out?
