Summer is here! That means it’s time to get your backyard (and your bar) ready for a few old school backyard barbecues!

Here’s a nice cocktail that is not only refreshing, but that you can make in large batches and serve in a fun drink dispenser! Homemade ginger syrup, lemonade, and Malfy gin will have your friends filling up their cups again and again!

MALFY GIN BUCK

Ingredients

(For Individual Serving)

  • 1 1/2 oz. MALFY Con Limone Gin
  • 5 1/2 oz Fresh Ginger Lemonade

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 1/2 oz. Malfy Gin, over fresh ice, in a 10oz. cocktail glass
  2. Top with 5 1/2 oz. fresh ginger lemonade
  3. Garnish with a lemon pinwheel and straw.
  4. Enjoy in the warm summer sun!

LARGE BATCH RECIPE FOR MALFY GIN BUCK

Ingredients

GINGER SYRUP

  • 1 gallon water
  • 1 piece of diced fresh ginger

In a large pot, bring water and ginger to a boil. Strain liquid and dilute with another gallon of water.

LEMONADE

  • 1 gallon water
  • 12 lemons finely juiced and strained of pulp
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Combine all ingredients and blend well till sugar dissolves.

Instructions

(Three Gallon Large Batch Format)

  1. In a large infusion jar/drink dispenser combine even amounts of 1 gallon of lemonade, 1 gallon ginger syrup, and four bottles of MALFY Con Limone Gin.
  2. Stir and blend all ingredients.
  3. Dispense over fresh ice and top with a lemon pinwheel.
  4. Get ready to enjoy gallons of fun!

It’s always nice to have funky straws to add to the drink presentation, like the bamboo ones I used. Enjoy!
